Combined postage doesn't mark all as despatched
I have sent 3 item's with 1 of the shipping label's provided by simple postage. It is within the weight and size limits. The buyer has purchased 3 labels, I understand they will getting refunded for the 3 unused labels. I am unsure about sending as I have no record of 2 items being sent I cannot seem to mark as despatched. Any helpful advice?

Mentor6 months agoYou can mark dispatched by opening the unused labels (Get prepaid label > Get prepaid label and QR code). They will remain unused and they will be refunded to the buyer automatically in 30 days. The payments for the untracked items will be released in 14 days.
