I have sold an item which was listed as despatch / courier….. however the buyer collected…… what can I do

Mentor3 weeks ago · EditedNothing you can do at this stage, if the listing wasn't set up with collection as an option then the buyer wouldn't have been able to select this at eBay checkout, so wouldn't have been issued with a collection code that they would have given to you when they collected their item. This is proof that they have it.
Hopefully there won't be any issues, your payment should be released in 14 days and your buyer will receive a refund for the postage label they paid for within 30 days.
