Collection today - seller hasn't provided address
Hi,
Agreed to collect an item today. I've messaged the seller a few times and no response. Shd hasn't provided the address. Can find customer service phone number for eBay

Unless paid this way, cash on collection not allowed, you can't exchange address.

Yes, paid via eBay as normal and all messages via eBay

MentorAug 17, 2026 at 10:08 AMNot much you can do here if the seller is refusing to provide a collection address. After 7 days you may need to open an eBay item not received claim to get your payment back.
