Collection point not scanning items and refusing collection codes
Ordered rolls of cling wrap for click and collect from Express Food and Wine Kingsbury.
Tracking showed as delivered day before, but no text collection code had come.
Went to store next day and told they don't scan until you go in to collect!
Then they scanned item and text came with collection code.
However store then refused to accept code saying they had to have a bar code and even became abusive.
Question is. How should purchasers proceed, when collection point has item but refuses to allow collection when using ebay collection code?
