collection point keeps refusing to receive my items and asks courier to return to seller
the collection point is a 24 hours 24/7 shop and the messages I get are they keep refusing to receive my item and ask the courier to return to the seller.
Ebay will not allow me to ask ebay what is happening because the problem does not come within their limited tick boxes.
