Collection only item bought, inpost selected?

Question

Someone has bought an item I'm selling & has selected inpost & I've been requested to package it up, use padding, sturdy box, use drop off location -

When I listed it, I specified "collection only"

How has this happened? I don't even know what "inpost" is.

The item's massive, it's a headboard!

It's a really good idea to check listings as soon as they go live. Yours definitely had postage and collection options.

You need to revise tyre listing as well, or you will have same problem.

Cancel the transaction via the dropdown menu arrow for the item on your orders list and relist uif you want to. An inpost locker certainly wouldn't take a headboard! You can opt out of it via My eBay > Account tab > Selling > Postage Preferences > Simple Delivery > Courier Options > Edit
