Collection only
I had 2 under Bed Storage units that were collection only and the purchaser paid for the item and also purchased postage.
I now have to package and send them is this allowed?

Mentor1 month agoWhy not just read your own ads. this is the postage section of one of them. No doubt will provecexpensive.

Mentor1 month agoBoth of your listings for under bed storage boxes had a postage option as well as collection, so yes, you should honour the buyer's choice.

Mentor1 month agoYou have sold several underbed storage units. If you included a delivery option for the units concerned, you obviously have to honour it.
If you listed them for collection only, you could have declined to deliver them, or cancelled the sale. If you agreed to deliver them, and enabled them to pay for this, then you have to deliver them.
