Collection on person

Question

I have just sold a coat with free postage and although I didn't offer collection I saw that the buyer lived not far away so I suggested he collected the coat which he accepted. He paid for the coat and collected tonight but how do I mark the order as collected and how do I get my money back for the postage that ebay have deducted from me?

You can't mark as collected. You have to claim a refund for the label.

Cash on collection is not an acceptable payment option (exception Vehicles) --- collection items should be paid for through eBay Checkout.
