collection of a sold item
I need help. I sold an item, it was marked with delivery or collection. The buyer wants to collect but it has not given me or him the option for this, it wants me to post it. How do I get around this?

You can't choose collection with those, but they should have been able to choose collection at checkout otherwise.
The way round is to cancel and relist with collection only.

They did make me an offer, which I accepted. They are not great with ebay and stated that they didn't see the option to collect when paying. Customer service have advised the only way to get around this is cancel the whole sale and relist, which seems utterly ridiculous.
eBay never used to be this difficult.
