Collection location is different to primary

Help please

ive sold an item and the buyer has opted for DHL Collection but the location is my old house and I can’t change it

i have updated my new loaction and made it primary but I can not find where to change my collection location

please help I have had to cancel an item already because of this but it keeps happening

I’ve had to use location as it won’t let me use the word add—-

You will have to cancel again, I'm afraid, with buyer's agreement. Check all addresses on here:

Maybe overwrite them anyway and save. Then relist for your buyer.

I have already done this and it still keeps coming up with my old address

My old address is nowhere to be found
