Collection issues
If I have accepted an offer and it had an option for collection, only postage; but me and the buyer have agreed they will collect it. They have paid for the item and eBay is processing it, how can I ensure I get my money as I have no code and don’t think I’ll be able to get a code

Mentor3 weeks agoIf it's the camera backpack it has collection option.
Buyer selects collection at checkout and receives collection code,which he gives you.

Mentor3 weeks agoI take it you mean no option for collection? If it's not a cheap item it would be safer to cancel/refund with the buyer's agreement (via the dropdown menu arrow for the item on your orders list) and relist with collection for the buyer to buy again.
