Hi I sold the item with delivery but the buyer collected it in person. How can I mark it as delivered and get the money for postage back?

Mentor5 months agoYou can't, and you've no proof that the order has been collected because your buyer wouldn't have a collection code to give you. Your payment may be held for 14 - 21 days.
As regards postage, you didn't post the item out so shouldn't have bought a postage label.
