Collection in person
Hi, I’ve sold a bedroom furniture set a week ago, the buyer has paid eBay and although I’ve been in touch with them a few times they haven’t arranged collection (it’s collect only as too big to send). They’ve now requested to cancel the order. It’s really annoying that someone can buy something and waste my time, I don’t seem to be able to decline. What can I do?

Mentor5 months agoCancel using "Buyer asked to cancel".
They have obviously changed their mind about it and you can't keep the money and the item so you don't really have any choice in the matter.
You can relit and you should add them to your blocked bidders list so they can't mess you about again.
