Collection conformation code invalid

Hi,

I just sold two items and the buyer chose to collect them from me. We got chatting and forgot to scan the collection code but the buyer has sent me the codes. They copied and pasted the numbers but only one of them works. I’m pretty sure the buyer is genuine. How can I resolve this? I can’t find a way to contact eBay.
TIA for any suggestions.

Ask the buyer to mark the other one as collected. The option will be in the order details.

You can contact ebay by requesting a callback on here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/eua?id=5190

If you cannot enter the code the payment will be released anyway in 14 days.

Thank you, The funds have been released but it is still showing as needing to be collected so I’ll just assume that will right itself in time. Best wishes
