Collection code not showing
I have collected an order and happy with it, but I cannot find any reference to Collection code in purchase history and I don’t have an order confirmation email. Any ideas as I have paid but eBay won’t release to seller

Mentor5 months agoYou should have received a confirmation code when you paid. If not the code should also be via order details for the item on your purchases list. But even without the code the seller will get the payment, it will be held for 14 days though.
If they are new sellers it's possible payment will be held for 30 days but that is a separate issue and nothing to do with the collection code.
