Collection code not generated
Recently bought an item where postage was charged, but in the end we went to collect it. Because of the postage there was no collection code issued, but the buyer says he needs one in order to get his money. Any ideas as to how we can generate a code after collection?

Mentor1 week agoCan't be done now. Payment may be held for 14 days, or 30 days if they're new sellers but they will get it.
