Customer has paid for delivery but collected in person. She has not given me the collection code and is not responding when I request it.

Mentor6 months agoIf buyer paid postage, they won't get collection code.
Try to Mark item as collected/posted.
Your money will be released in 14 days.
Just hope buyer does not claim not received.

Mentor6 months agoThe code is your only proof of delivery. You should not have released item without the code, as buyer can if dishonest open a not received case and you would have to refund.
