Collection code
Hi,
I have bought an item and the item has been arrived to the COLLECTION POINT. the problem is, I have not recieved the COLLECTION CODE and as a result I can not collect my parcel .The status of the item on my Ebay panel is not mark aa delivered yet but regarding to Evri website it has been delivered last week.
What should I do ?

Mentor10 months agoCheck your order details, your eBay messages if the collection code is not there, contact Customer Services, they'll provide this essential code for you. You have 7 days to pick up your item, after being notified that it's in store.
This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
