Collection address
I have purchased a bike for xmas for my son and the payment has been taken from my bank showing as recieved by ebay on my order reciept....I have contacted the seller every day since the purchase and they haven't responded with their collection address. It's been 3 days, so I have got eBay involved and asked for their help today but I'm concerned that it seems a long time since purchase for them not to respond to me or is this normal ?

Mentor11 months agoThe seller may have has some emergency to attend to at home, who knows? However, if a few more days pass with no communication then open a case for item not received and escalate on day 4 if not refunded beforehand or a pick up is arranged.
Do not close the case on any promise or excuse the seller may make, once closed another for that item cannot be opened, and if necessary do not forget to escalate.
