Collection
Hi
Can anyone provide a suggestion what I can do regarding a seller that wants collection only for an item and won't agree to a courier collection.
Thanks
Kate

Mentor1 month agoMaybe they don't want to pack the item and wait for a courier to show up? Collection is meant to be by the buyer in person.

It's actually better for a seller to have a courier/third party collect (the courier would have to give them the collection code before the seller hands over the item though) because buyers lose their right to return an item that may prove to be not as described under eBay's Money Back Guarantee.
