MentorAug 12, 2026 at 5:14 AMLook through eBay messages, your order details, emails even Spam in case it went there, for that essential code, the store will not release your item without it.
If it's not there, contact Customer Services they will provide the code for you.
Remember you have 7 days from being notified it's at the pick up point, for you to collect your item.
