I can't get my parcel from the Selby train station cause I live in Manchester but the buyer wouldn't send it what can I do. The buyer also doesn't do refunds

Do you mean the item has to be collected from Selby and you live in Manchester?
Send a message to the seller apologising for not reading the listing properly and ask them to cancel.
If they won't cancel wait until a full week has passed and open a case for Item not Received,
You can do this by going to the right of the item in your purchase history, go to the drop down arrow and click on "I didn't receive it" The seller will have to refund you. If he hasn't done after 3 days the option to escalate to ebay should be there.
