If I go to collect an Item, but on inspection it is not as described, what should I do. Do I refuse to take it away?

Be clear with the seller that you don't want the item.
Don't give them the collection code.
Ask them to cancel the sale using the reason 'buyer asked to cancel' and refund you in full.
