Collected items that buyer wont mark as collected

Question

If an item HAS been collected but the buyer just never marks as collected, what do we do ? I have x 3 who will not respond and they have had their items. Thanks

If you have been paid then What's the problem?

If you offer collection on your items you should get the collection code from the buyer when they collect or they can claim not to have recieved the item and get a refund.

Buyers can't mark items as collected.

The onus is on you to ask the buyer for the for collection code before releasing the item. This is your proof that it was collected. If you let the item go without it, the release of your payment will be delayed. A dishonest buyer could even claim not to have received it, when you would be required to refund them.

You should not let the items go without getting the collection code first. There is nothing you can do if the buyers are not responding.
