Collected item, but I don’t have collection code

Question

Sold two items to a buyer. He collected both items. I only scanned collection code for one item. Didn’t realise each item had a separate collection code. I have asked him to send the other collection code but he has ignored my request. It now looks like there is an outstanding item for collection for several months. Any advice?
