Mentor3 weeks agoYour listings that I looked at do not appear to offer collection, so even if marked as dispatched, you will have no proof of delivery.
For collection in person, buyer should give you a code which you enter to prove delivery.
You are selling NEW and should be registered as a business seller, before ebay forces it. You are also denying buyers their legal rights.

Mentor3 weeks agoTo mark dispatched click on Get label > Print label for tje original labels. They will remain unused and be refunded to buyer in 30 days,, assuming they paid for them. After that paymemt will be held for 14 days.
