Collagen Glow Up
On 2/1/26 I purchased 3 pkts of Nutrition Geeks Collagen Glow Up for £34.94 (not from Nutrition Geeks official website, which I will do in future). The taste was different and I noticed the pkts were smaller than the official website pkt. When I looked on the back the expiry date was December 2025. I have tried to contact eBay about a refund but all that appears is my recent purchase of a Jellycat with which I have no problem. I am hoping someone from eBay will read this as it’s impossible to contact anyone.

·6 months agoDid you buy as a guest or were you definitely logged into this account?
Find the email you got from Ebay when you paid to see if it was a guest purchase.
If it was, the details won't be on your regular account.

Mentor6 months agoIf the item is on your purchases list you should be able to open a "not as described" return from there.
If it's not there the seller's account has been suspended in which case you should contact ebay and see if they will help. Click on the help link at the top of any page. Select any topic then scroll down to Contact Us and get to automated assistant. Ask to speak to an agent and repeat until it passes you to a real person.
If no joy there contact your payment provider and ask about a refund or chargeback.
