closed account and shop, what now?
Hi, I closed my business account and shop last night, I have since had 2 emails saying I have funds to withdraw, which I don't think I have. What happens now ? will my account close? I have not had any confirmation of this accept the shop will close on the 1st August.
Please help

Mentor2 weeks agoIf you've terminated your shop subscription and started the account closure then it will take a while for it to conclude, it can take a few months if there have been recent transactions. In the meantime, if you need to do anything eBay will be in touch.

OP2 weeks agoHi, Thanks my last item I posted on Sunday was GSP to Australia of all places. So you are saying everything will close down eventually and ebay will keep in touch with progress?

Mentor2 weeks agoIF the last item was only posted this weekend gone then ebay will not close your account more than likely for at least a further 120 days. This allows for things such as chargebacks etc. (not saying you are going to get some!)
