Hi all
My friend sold a legitimate item on his account, then eBay closed / permanently suspended his account.
The item was delivered successfully but he would like to know when he will receive his payout for it as eBay customer service has been not very useful.

Mentor2 weeks agoWithout even seeing your friends feedback page it is impossible to guest what the problem is.
Is he a new seller? If so is he registered as a seller with a bank account added and verified by ebay?

Mentor2 weeks agoWe can't tell you that as we don't know how ebay is treating this. It could be anything up to 180 days.
