Click & collect not working
I live in a houseboat and have been getting things sent click & collect for years..
There are a number of stores which do click & collect within a 2 mile radius and I can get there on my bike.
Recently eBay has been offering to send items to a store 11 miles away or further..
How do I contact eBay to sort this out? I can't buy anything until it is sorted out..

Mentor1 month agoA lot of shops have stopped doing C&C, due to issues.
When you buy an item & C&C is offered, you have to select a store from list.
Not all sellers use C&C.

Mentor1 month agoIt may be to do with eBay's relatively new Simple Delivery postage. If one courier works better for you you coulf contact the sellers and ask them to opt out of the other couriers in their postage preferences. So, for instance, if Royal Mail work best the seller can opt out of Evri, etc. before you buy.
