Click & collect for sellers
My buyer says he chose click & collect when he placed the order, but the despatch label only has his home address on when he says he chose a post office for it to be delivered to where he could collect from. Does anyone know a way round this ?

·10 months agoYou have to send it to the address on the label.
If that is not acceptable to the buyer, offer to cancel the transaction so they can buy it again and make sure that they do choose C&C.
