Click and collect showing as delivered but buyer saying not ther | Member To Member Support

I have had a buyer contact me to say she has been into a Jet service station to pick up 2 packages i sent and they are not there. The Royal mail tracking is showing them as delivered.The address labels were printed directly on ebay so the ECP number was on the packages.What can i do about this ?
