'Click and Collect' not shown at Checkout though in original listing | Member To Member Support

I won a bid on an item which listed 'click and collect' as a posting option; when I come to 'Checkout' and pay for it this option is not shown, just my own postal address. The seller has assured me that it should be there but it simply isn't! (In the 'Checkout' window that is i.e. when going to pay for the purchase.)
