Click and Collect not an option

I am selling a camera (£300), but I have been advised by eBay that Click and Collect is not available as an option for this. The eBay agent did not give a valid answer. Help required. item number 147100908126

At least one of your cameras has C&C, so cannot see what the problem is, unless it is mention of battery.
