Click and collect items I've collected still marked as uncollected by ebay?
Hi, I received 5 or so items through click and collect at a local shop, but for the last week the ebay system is saying they still need collecting, I even went in again and asked them to rescan the collection bar code, but they still need collecting according to ebay. I need to return one of the items too. Does anyone know what's going on or how it can be resolved? Thankyou
