I have been using click and collect, and nominated an Asda local to collect from. The staff there claim I should supply my address at purchase, and change it to theirs when Evri notify me they have the parcel, otherwise neither they nor the van driver get paid. They say policy is to return any parcels bearing their address to Evri. It doesn't appear to be possible to put my address on a click and collect order. Ebay's bot sends me in circles rather than to a person... so anyone have any answer?
