Click and collect
Hi ….i usually have my parcels delivered using click and collect to a local store. However that store is not coming up as an option or another local store that I know of that offers this service. Even when I put in the postcode on the store finder on eBay for click and collect it is not coming up? I know they both offer this service? Is this a glitch? How can I rectify this? Any help would be appreciated. Many thanks.

OP10 months agoYes I will ask both stores…..it seems a bit odd that I use one regularly every week and have used the other on occasions…..but now they are both not an option? Just very strange…..and a bit inconvenient too if I’m honest! Thanks for your reply.

Mentor10 months agoIf they are private sellers not business then c&c is only available if EVRi is the carrier.
You can then choose to pick up the item from an EVRi collection point or locker which may be different to previously available stores.

Unless you can select the service, you can not have delivered to either store.
