Clarify Pick up by Royal Mail
I am a new seller ,I have scheduled the item i'm selling and has been paid for to be picked up from me by Royal Mail. (ebay simple delivery for wednsday 29th July) but the eBay system is still saying 'to be sent by me'
The buyer has paid the postage
I cannot see how to get back to the page that allows me to clarify that the 'to be collected' is confirmed.
Can anyone help?

Mentor2 weeks agoHave you tried going through the RM website?
I think arranging collection is a two part process on ebay and sellers often miss the second part.

OP2 weeks agoYes I have .I wants me to add weigh and change me when my buyer has already paid. The website shows the tracking number and says awaiting customer to send the item. However when checking on AI it says dont worry -that will change once the postman has collected and scanned the item. its just that I cannot check back to see agnoligement of date the item will be collected even though I did set that up.

Mentor2 weeks agoWhen I sent a non ebay item with RM I am sure there was an option to arrange collection for something i already had tracking for. What happens if you enter the tracking on the RM website?

OP2 weeks agoIt says ...The sender has advised they have despatched your item to Royal Mail.
More information will be available once we have received your item and scanned it into our network.

As long as it arrives within estimated time on your listing you are OK.
Estimated delivery on that item is 29th July - 3rd August.
