Claiming a postage refund as eBay label unused
As a seller, I charged the buyer for ‘simple delivery’. However, due to the value of the item I paid myself for RM Special next day delivery at the post office. The cost of the original label has been subtracted from my money. Can I claim the original postage back. I’ve followed eBay’s guide but no joy. Also, I can’t mark the item as dispatched because I haven’t used the pre-paid label. Any ideas?

Mentor2 weeks agoAs buyer paid for postage under SD, they get a refund up to 30 days time.
FYI. SD labels cover items up to £750.

Mentor2 weeks agoPersonally just message the buyer the new tracking for the SD label. You will not be able to update the tracking. Payment will be held for 14 days.
Goto the help pages and type in simple deliver label refund and it should guide you to where you need to be.
