Chinese scam?
seller of small scissors in a chinese package said 'bladed' items had to be age approved then opened the page and the first thing on the page was to enter BANK ACCOUNT DETAILS ...for an item that costs £3.60.
This MUST be a scam. EBAY SHOULD INVESTIGATE THIS NOW.

Mentor7 months agoAre you sure this wasn't ebay asking for credit card details which is how they verify your age?
