Hi.
All of a sudden when I try to buy something my Checkout screen is all greyed out and nothing is selectable.
I then have to use my phone app to buy the item, which works fine.
What's up?

Is this on happening again on desktop/browser? Can you share an item number example where you are experiencing the checkout are being greyed out?

Thank you for your post.
We have had reports of this happening on desktop when trying to pay with eBay balance. The workaround is to the use the app if possible. Tech are currently investigating the issue.
