chat is not working and its been months
Ive not been able to talk to ebay for months, i have cases to reply to, postage charges to claim back, have had to put of sales as a result and lost opportunity and money. literally no contact services work at all, what the hell is going on????????????????????? ive put in a request about postage taken for item several times and no reply, is this actually going to be solved at any point getting on my nerves now.

OP10 months agoI cant use the phone due to disability. why is the service not working more importantly its has lost me money and services
