Chat greyed out months later and call back links don't work
Hi there so the live chat feature has been greyed out for me for absolutely months now and to get help i had clicked on those call back links people had posted in other question posts about the same thing
But now i need help as i got a ebay message about a dangerous item i bought last year those call back links do not work. They just take me to the main help page which is useless as i can not talk to ebay at all.
Does anyone else know what else i can do.
Oddly i know live chat all works ok on business accounts so its very strange how alot of our personal accounts its not working and has not been for months

Mentor7 months agoEbay have withdrawn link to easily contact CS.
But there isn't anything ebay will do about recall notice beyond 30 day MBG,
They just pass message on.
You are also too late to contact your payment provider.
If UK business seller, contact citizens advice.

OP7 months agoOk thank you, strange how they habe removed nearly all support for private users isn't it. And im not buying there is a technical issue at all.
It was a glue gun i bought my mum last nov for last Christmas which shes used ever since but have told her to stop as seems a serious issue with the government link ebay sent me.
I guess shes had her money worth as was only £35 so will just find her another one i guess 🙂
