Chat Bot Issues
I am repeatedly having issues that no one is calling back from ebay. i occassionally get messages in the inbox to say someone has attempted to call but not to the same volume as my requests for a call back. Also my phone is not showing any messages of spam or other numbers that have not been already answered. I have even tried to go to the hacked account page and request a call back but that again takes me to the bloody ai chat bot. Nothing is working. Does anyone have any bright ideas what i can do as it is now becoming a big issue.

Check the personal details on your account and make sure your phone number is correct. Customer services seem to be very busy at the moment with a wait time for a callback of about 20 minutes.
