Charity policy
I have had several items cancelled as they violated the charity policy. They say I need to resolve them before I relist but when I try to it says I can't revise ended listing. Do I have to start the listing from scratch?

Hi @tambalands ,
Thank you for your post.
The charity policy requires having the eBay for charity feature on them. Did your listings have the eBay for charity feature on them which is usually located just before the description showing your chosen charity? If your listings had this they you need to appeal them. Go to My eBay> issue resolution centre> and when you click into the listing to resolve there should be an appeal option. It needs to go through this process if an incorrect decision was made.
Thank you,
Kat

OP3 months agoWhat is the eBay for charity feature? When I did the listing it asked if I wanted to donate a percentage to charity which I did - seems unfair to then say i am violating their policy. I have tried to edit the listing's to remove the donation but it won't let me! Do I have to start the listing from scratch?

Hi @tambalands ,
If you have ended it and it doesn't give you a relist option then its likely yes you will need to list again from new. You can use another charity listing and do the sell similar option. The following listing example if you scroll down to the top of the description has the eBay for charity feature.
Thank you,
Kat
