Charges from eBay
Why is it so hard to speak to a human being at eBay,
an item was supposed to be returned! I didn’t receive it and eBay are chasing ME FOR PAYMENT?
I just want to resolve the matter and speakers someone!

If so, ebay assume you don't want back, so won't expect buyer to return item.

If it shows delivery to you, then you have 48 hours to refund the buyer. In my experience, Ebay don't chase you to refund until that 48 hour clock starts ticking.
You can get very good advice from the forum but adding more information will mean better advice.
