Charged for an unknown item I did not order

Question

My Bank Statement shows I have been charged for two items I did not order or receive.

One of the items dated 1st. July 2026 has reference "O*26-14813-26662 London GB" amount £8.25

It does nor appear on my "Purchases".

I cannot find a place to notify this serious error to e-bay for a refund.

The item wasn’t ordered as a guest hence why you can’t find on your purchase history? Otherwise as @papso22 says you need to contact your bank.

You need to report it to your bank as unauthorised transactions.
