Charged a postage fee which had been paid by buyer
Pleass can somebody tell me what to do? I sold an item for £80, buyer paid £40 postage to China. Item was delivered. I have now had £83 taken out of my bank account by e bay to pay postage so have basically just given the item away. Cant speak to a person just AI which is no help whatsoever. Thankyou to anyone that can help

Mentor1 month agoLooks to me that buyer paid £ 40 postage to China which I assume you put on the listing, and you would then buy postage.
If you let ebay decide the postage and did not use their label then you will have to cancel it to get a refund.
