Hi Folks,
Can anyone help so difficult to talk with someone on the phone.
I have 291 listings, just done a monthly bulk relisting but now I have 330 listings and been charged £10.50 for going over the 300 free listing.
How do I get my money back and listings back to the 291 I have>

Mentor5 months agoYou can't get a refund if you've gone over your free quota.

OP5 months agoSorry you are missing the point. I have 291 listings. When doing a bulk relist ebay added 39 EXTRA listings so charged me £10.50
There must have been a glitch in the ebay software.
I will try and find a phone number to speak with someone.
