Hi I need some help in here .on the 2nd august I purchased a item using the guest sign in instead that login direct could not remember password and thinking it was quick that way, Seller charged credit card but never contacted me once about item ,try eBay chat resolve the issue and it goes in deaf ears , not a record of purchase so totally blind ,should I wait any longer for eBay to resolve issue or go direct to credit card company and ask for a return of money via article 75 of the credit act ,any help much appreciate

Mentor1 month agoAny Guest purchase made will not be seen in your eBay summary --- use the Order Confirmation email you received and/or see if you can trace it using this link ---within 30 days case options will be there if needed >
